From the familiar SESAME, GARLIC and POPPY to the classic ROSEMARY & THYME , it is all in there! A schmear of cream cheese and smoked salmon will send you into an everything bagel state of bliss.

Chocolate Chip Sea Salt Cookies 

These cookies remind me of the good times baking with my family. Crispy, golden brown, slightly sweet, slightly salty and perfect to dunk into a glass of milk. Our cookie combine old memories with a new twist using Upcycled Brewer's Grain.

We make our foods using Up-Cycled brewery grains, a valuable byproduct from the beer making process. When making beer, brewers steep super high-quality grains, like barley, in water. They then strain this mixture, keeping the liquid to make beer and discard the "spent" grains. Turns out, these grains are still incredibly flavorful and nutritious. We recycle these saved grains into our foods to reduce food waste.
